Josh Gelinas is a Product Lead at Luminary, where he helps shape technology that transforms how estate planning professionals serve their clients. Josh has spent his career at the intersection of finance, law, and technology — driving product development at FinTech startups including Harness Wealth and Origin Financial, and previously founding Vestivise.
Before moving into product, Josh worked as a legal assistant, where he saw firsthand how the lack of modern technology made estate planning unnecessarily complex and inefficient. That early experience continues to inspire his work today. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and currently resides in Seattle, WA.

Ricky Illigasch is the Vice President of Product Management at eMoney Advisor, where he leads platform, data aggregation, AI, APIs, and analytics initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in product leadership across fintech and enterprise software, Ricky has a proven track record of driving innovation, scaling teams, and delivering impactful solutions. At eMoney, he has spearheaded the development of data-driven products, cloud platform migration, and the adoption of generative AI tools. Ricky is passionate about aligning technology with business strategy to enhance financial planning experiences and empower advisors through seamless integrations.

Cody first joined Copper Beech as an intern in 2020. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Planning, with a minor in Real Estate, from Temple University’s Richard J. Fox School of Business, he transitioned into a full-time role in 2021.
As a Registered Associate Advisor, Cody specializes in updating and monitoring client data while assisting in the design and implementation of various planning strategies for Copper Beech families.
He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses and is currently studying to obtain his Life and Health licenses to further enhance the services he provides to our valued clients.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys playing and watching hockey and spending time with his wife, Alexia, their two cats, CC and Phoenix, and their dog, Paisley.
